Fanny Bueb

Fanny is a Partner in the International & Corporate Tax department at ATOZ, and is a member of the core Transfer Pricing team.

A tax professional since 2011, Fanny has extensive experience in the structuring of alternative investments in Luxembourg (private equity, real estate, infrastructure and private debt) as well as related merger and acquisitions transactions. She has vast experience in providing direct tax advice for fund set-up, deal structuring, carried interest and cross-border operations. She also provides advice to family offices and high net worth individuals.

Fanny holds a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (DJCE) from the University of Strasbourg in France and a Master degree in Accounting (French GAAP, IFRS), Finance and Management (DSCG).

She speaks French and English.
