ATOZ Services, the Luxembourg-based corporate services provider to funds, has appointed Euan Fraser as Chairman to the Board. Euan’s appointment is to support the expansion strategy of ATOZ Services and follows on from the growth investment by financing partner, ICG, in January.
ATOZ Services provides a full suite of corporate and tax compliance services to Luxembourg domiciled entities managed by alternative fund and corporate clients. Services include corporate administration, domiciliation & accounting, fund administration and tax reporting services. ATOZ Services has over 800 clients, primarily in the illiquid alternative fund space, and services over 3,000 structures. The business has 175 highly qualified and long-serving staff across its Luxembourg and Morocco offices.
Euan Fraser started his career at KPMG before spending 19 years at Alpha FMC – a global consultancy to the asset management industry – whom he joined in 2004. Euan led, as CEO, two successful private equity buyouts and the listing of the business in 2017 on AIM in the UK. The business, under Euan’s leadership, grew revenue and headcount from £11m and 55 people to £225m+ and 1000 headcount, respectively, as a result of international growth and M&A.
