Over the last few years, the Luxembourg market has put increased focus on efficient corporate governance practices. ILA is organising this online forum, on 25 April, to discuss the latest developments in such practices, how corporate secretaries are impacted and how they have adapted to these new trends.
This event format engages corporate secretaries and governance professionals in a proactive discussion, based on Chatham House Rules, on key issues they face in the course of their daily professional lives. The format of the forum is such that each session focuses on a specific topic, but the discussion is not limited to that one topic.
